Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 14 days away at time of booking.
Rates vary by season, day of the week, holidays, and local demand. Weekend and peak-season rates may be higher. A two-night minimum may apply to weekends and select dates. Longer-stay and last-minute savings may be available on qualifying reservations. Applicable cleaning fees and lodging taxes are additional.;
